  泉州市依科達半導體致冷科技有限公司,坐落于泉州經濟技術開發區孵化基地科技園區。泉州市地處東南沿海,自然條件優越,是我國知名歷史名城、絲綢之路起點,風景秀麗、氣候宜人、經濟繁榮、海陸空交通發達,公共設施完善。改革開放之后,泉州市的電子、輕工、機械、陶瓷、茶葉等各行業都得到飛速發展。


  泉州從上世紀九十年代中期,引進半導體致冷技術,開始生產半導體致冷器件,在行業老一輩專家阮秀滄先生的指導下,產品制造工藝和生產技術不斷得到優化,所生產致冷器件的性能和質量都處于國內先進行列。產品暢銷國內,并遠銷歐美、日、韓等國家。產品的技術參數和質量得到國內外用戶的認可及肯定。


  長期生產半導體致冷器件的經歷,為泉州市培養、造就了一大批專業人才。我司組織專業優良技術人員和技術骨干,在阮秀滄先生帶領下開展技術攻關,對原有的生產技術和工藝進一步探討和研究、試驗,歷經艱苦努力,對各個關鍵工序都進行了改進(晶棒制造工藝、排模工藝、焊接工藝、表面處理工藝等)達到預期效果,取得圓滿成功。特別是我們依靠自身努力,成功研制出N型晶棒壓制新工藝,成為國內首家同時擁有P型和N型晶棒壓制工藝的廠家。


  N型壓制晶棒與當今國內普遍采用的N型拉晶晶棒相比,其優點是晶棒機械強度較高,可用來加工厚度更薄、截面積更小的晶粒。與此同時,我們在國內首家成功研制了一種新型專用焊機,用以對上、下基板與晶粒同時進行焊接,這種新工藝可在很大程度上降低、消除器件在焊接過程中所產生的熱應力,防止基板在焊接過程中出現熱變形和避免晶粒在熱應力作用下產生裂紋、破碎,從而大大提高了產品的可靠性和使用壽命。


  N型壓制晶棒工藝和新型專用焊機研制成功并投入使用,所生產的產品,其溫差、可靠性等主要技術參數都達到俄羅斯進口同類產品的水平。表明我司技術水平在原來基礎上又更上了一個新臺階。為企業技術進步、產品升級換代奠定了堅實基礎。今后我司將進一步發揮自身的技術長處,開發生產各種性能更好、質量更高、使用范圍更廣的產品,以滿足各行各業,如軍工、電訊、交通、電腦、醫療、紅外、激光等領域所需的產品。為提高用戶產品的技術水平和質量作出不懈努力。


  阮秀滄:高級工程師,現任我司總工程師。從上世紀七十年代開始,便參與半導體致冷器件技術的研制工作至今,長期的工作歷練,積累了豐富的工作經驗和理論知識,對半導體致冷器件研究制造有較高造詣。參與制訂我國第一部半導體致冷器件部頒標準,曾擔任中國電子元件行業協會敏感元器件與傳感器分會第五屆理事會理事。并長期擔任半導體致冷器件中外合資企業技術高管,為業內知名人士。現帶領我司技術研制小組人員,開展技術攻關,取得了豐碩成果。

      In the mid-1990s, quanzhou introduced semiconductor refrigeration technology and began to produce semiconductor refrigerator parts. Under the guidance of ruan xiucang, an expert of the older generation in the industry, the product manufacturing process and production technology were continuously optimized, and the performance and quality of the refrigerator parts produced by the company were in the advanced ranks in China. Products sell well in China, and exported to Europe, the United States, Japan, Korea and other countries. The technical parameters and quality of the products are recognized and affirmed by users at home and abroad.

      Long - term production of semiconductor refrigerator parts experience, for quanzhou training, training a large number of professionals. We organize excellent professional and technical personnel and technical backbone, led by Mr RuanXiu surging to conduct technical research, the production technology and process of the original further discussion and research, test, through hard work, for each key process is improved (crystal rods manufacturing process, molding process, welding process, surface treatment, etc.) to achieve the desired effect, a complete success. In particular, we have successfully developed a new technology to press n-type crystal rod by our own efforts, and become the first domestic manufacturer to have both P type and N type crystal rod press technology.



Compared with the n-shaped crystal rod commonly used in China today, the n-shaped crystal rod has the advantage of higher mechanical strength, which can be used to process grains with thinner thickness and smaller cross-section area. At the same time, we in the domestic first successfully developed a new type of special welding machine, used for upper and lower substrates and grain for welding at the same time, this new technique can largely reduce and eliminate the device thermal stress produced in welding process, to prevent the occurrence of hot deformation substrate in the welding process and avoid grain under the action of thermal stress crack, broken, thus greatly improving the product's reliability and service life.



The n-type pressed rod technology and the new special welding machine have been successfully developed and put into use. The main technical parameters of the products produced, such as temperature difference and reliability, have reached the level of similar products imported from Russia. It shows that our technical level is a new step on the original basis. The company has laid a solid foundation for technological progress and product upgrading. In the future, we will further develop and produce all kinds of products with better performance, higher quality and wider range of use, so as to meet the requirements of various industries, such as military industry, telecommunications, transportation, computer, medical treatment, infrared, laser and other fields. Ruan xiucang: senior engineer, the current chief engineer of our company. Since the 1970s, I have been involved in the research and development of semiconductor refrigerator technology till now. With long working experience, I have accumulated rich working experience and theoretical knowledge, and I am highly accomplished in the research and manufacture of semiconductor refrigerator parts. Participated in the formulation of the standards for the first semiconductor refrigerator, and served as the fifth council member of the sensitive components and sensors branch of China electronic components industry association. And long - term as a semiconductor refrigerator parts joint venture technology executives, well-known industry figures. Now I led the technical development team to carry out technical research, and achieved fruitful results.
